Dark Halloween Tag

Another new one. This one is a "stretch" for me, as I don't normally do dark very well, lol. Having a blast using PSPx2 though. Highly recommend for even the simplest of fixes to photos or for adding text etc. It's really great! Newer version is available at www.corel.com if you are interested. Thanks for looking. Spring Tag from tutorial
